I'm Foto Joe, and I've been teaching fotography since 2005, including working with Canon Australia to help people get more from their cameras.

My lessons are personalised to your camera, your experience and what you'd like to achieve.

Learn how focal length, aperture and depth of field affect your images, whether you're photographing portraits, landscapes, travel, wildlife or everyday moments.

We'll explore the lenses you already own, including Canon EF, EF-S and RF lenses where relevant, and discover how to get more creative with them.

You might be surprised how much more your existing equipment can do once you understand it.

Learning fotography should be enjoyable, inspiring and practical.

My personal Canon lessons give you the freedom to ask questions, experiment and learn at your own pace.

I also offer small group sessions where everyone has the opportunity to participate and receive individual attention.

Where Are Canon Fotography Lessons Held?

Lessons can take place at my Camperdown studio, at your home or workplace, or outdoors at suitable locations around Sydney.

We can explore the Inner West, Sydney CBD, harbour or another location that suits what you'd like to learn for extra cost.

We'll have a chat beforehand to discuss your camera, your experience and the best location for your session.
