I started SMARTERDIGITAL because of my involvement in the world of photography for 35 years with the last 10 specialising in digital photography lessons. My photography classes have trained sales staff and consumers on all facets of digital photography and I currently run photography courses and camera workshops for some of the world's largest camera companies including Canon, Sony and Olympus as well Paxtons camera stores.

My passion is to open up the fascinating world of digital photography to enthusiasts and professionals alike. A friendly approach makes learning about digital photography a fun, rewarding experience. My knowledge of the digital world's technological innovations is constantly changing in merging the technical and creative side of digital photography for my students.

I can show you how to create your own digital imagery, from basic photo retouching to making montages and fantastic special effects. You'll also learn how to correctly archive your photo files.
